Weight loss hypnotherapy is used far more widely than most people would realise. We've all, apart from some people who naturally seem to be able to keep their weight at a steady level, had issues at times with either being overweight or underweight. We tend to think in terms of being overweight but there are people who also struggle to put weight on.

Weight Management hypnotherapy is used for a range of weight related treatments such as binge eating and bulimia, but it also helps treat trigger symptoms, such as, anxiety that may encourage us to over eat. My approach to managing weight is to re-frame your relationship with food to enable you to make healthier choices and feel in control of your food intake, whether that be to much or to little.

Hypnotherapy will enable you to work towards choosing the right foods upfront, not relying on fad diets, binge eating or turning to sweets or take away food.

It motivates you to feel good about eating less or more

Hypnotherapy will enable you to choose the right portion size for your meals without the after thought of being hungry again. Incorrect portion sizes are one of the largest contributors to weight gain.

Less food satisfies you more

By reducing your portion size and effectively your calorie intake, you will see a reduction in your weight. You will find that eating smaller potions not only satisfies you but makes you feel better about yourself too.

These Weight sessions will run over 3 days at 60 minutes each session.
